Analysis of food matrices

The FOOD ANALYSIS sector is dedicated to the execution of both routine and specialized analyzes on processed and non processed foods, livestock products, primary agricultural and food production (livestock farms and breeding farms, feed mill producers, production and processing companies, collective catering, large-scale distribution).
Our laboratories perform chemical, microbiological, biomolecular and sensory measurements and tests necessary to define the quality of raw materials, intermediate processing and finished products, as well as the improvement of process phases or a processing environment.
The purpose of the analytical investigations is to verify the hygienic-sanitary quality of a food required by the EU regulations or supply specifications, offering a valid support to the agri-food companies involved in the verification of their own self-control system. The quality control activity is conducted simultaneously by several departments to exploit the expertise and complementary experience of various company figures regarding transformation processes and related issues.
